Auto Body Repair Lubbock
If you are filing an insurance claim for your repair work, we can help you with all of the details that come with it. We can coordinate all of the repair work with every major insurance company. Before any repairs are performed, we will provide you with a detailed repair plan specific to your vehicle.
We are conscious that cost is a big factor, especially in the instances when you are paying for the repairs yourself. The professionals at Maaco will review your initial repair plan and recommend options that will help save you money. Regardless of cost, we will make sure no sacrifices are made in regards to structure or safety of the repair.
At Maaco of Lubbock, we know that you are conscious of the cost. Therefore we offer three price levels when it comes to replacement parts. OEM parts are the highest in cost, but come from the original manufacturer of your vehicle, meaning they ultimately provide the best match for your vehicle.
A more cost effective option is Aftermarket. While new, these parts might not necessarily come from your vehicle's manufacturer. Recycled parts are the most cost-efficient. They come from vehicles no longer considered 'road-ready' but still adhere to safety and function standards. So if parts replacement is necessary, three options provide flexibility to help you proceed with confidence.
A simple touch up can be all you need to turn the car you drive back into the car you love. If your vehicle only needs one or two panels painted, the best and least expensive option can be spot painting.
We'll perform a full vehicle inspection, target the areas in need of a touch up and make sure surrounding areas are cleaned and sanded so that the paint application is flawless. We also use a multiple masking procedure to make sure the new and old paint blend seamlessly.
Removal vs. Mask
Maaco of Lubbock's commitment to providing you with a perfect repair job means we won't let dust, lint or dirt ruin your new paint job. To complete our spot painting process, we perform our standard finishing work. This includes sanding, buffing and polishing way these small imperfections.
This begins with wet sanding, spread evenly over the area and then smoothed out. We'll then carefully buff the area with a liquid compound. The final step is polishing, which is critical in restoring the shine to your paint and clear coat.
Our finishing process will truly complete the spot painting process and provide you with a flawless end product.
